I had initially rated them at a one. Megan (sorry if I misspelled) contacted me right after the first rating and apologized profusely for the lack of service. She and Matt made it a priority to get things straightened out. Thank you for reaching out and following up.
The staff is friendly but they don’t follow up afterwards. Had a study done and they lost the results. They delivered an O2 system over a year ago and I haven’t heard back from them since. I could call but I don’t operate like that since I hold people accountable for doing their jobs. Problem is they are the only game in town so I will have to go 60 miles away for help. Update. No one calls you back. It's been over six months since the order was put in for me and when I was asked to come be fitted, I asked how much I would owe for the machine. The girl said she would call me back and that was 6 months ago. Absolutely will not be returning!
Renting a wheelchair for a client was super easy and fast. I will definately be a returning customer.
The two ladies at the alliance store were very helpful and VERY NICE. Megan was very helpful and professional. I'll definitely as all my family and friends to buy med supplies from there. Kim, And Matt have always been super nice and they all 3 always great us with a smile so thank you all for that.
