The so called technician had no clue what he was doing. Instead of trying to diagnose the problem, he just walked around with a flashlight and took pictures of my exceptionally messy house. (LOTS of toys everywhere because of my 5 year old and many boxes of books that my wife sells.) The complaint was of a burning ozone smell coming from the vents. After running the heater for an hour and confirming the smell coming from the vents he left and said the smell is coming from the clutter in my house. Anyone that knows the basics... read more

They don't speak English they made us wait for two weeks they came and left nothing done with out a response
I highly recommend this company, they did a great job at a very reasonable price.
