The so called technician had no clue what he was doing. Instead of trying to diagnose the problem, he just walked around with a flashlight and took pictures of my exceptionally messy house. (LOTS of toys everywhere because of my 5 year old and many boxes of books that my wife sells.) The complaint was of a burning ozone smell coming from the vents. They don't speak English they made us wait for two weeks they came and left nothing done with out a response

The manager of the company is a very responsible person, I got a good price for the air conditioning equipment and very responsible, he installed it for me the day he promised to do it, I also know the guarantee he gave me, really splendid
