Worst detox center i ever been too there is maybe 3 or 4 employees who actually care but everyone else is very rude with a nasty attitude and only there for a paycheck smh if your looking for help DO NOT go to this place it's unprofessional and the service is horrible
Hours posted on public website are incorrect for this location. Receptionists at most of the locations I've been to act bothered when doing their job. I've reported this to management though I doubt things will change because many others have made Google reviews reporting the unfriendliness and nothing has been done. How will this contribute to the betterment of people's mental health to have people who don't want to work and are rude to the patients?
The girls at the front desks always have terrible attitudes. They need to be fired. I got a text from my therapist saying I needed to only pay $15 for my shot, the girl charged me $30. Her attitude was so nasty.
Therapists are great front desk ridiculously unprofessional
Went in today and got my child’s meds to see a bed bug crawling on the couch by the pharmacy I took my phone light to confirm and it was thank god I didn’t sit down this place has went down so bad in the last few months it’s ridiculous really looking for a new place to go so sick of it all at this point
