This specific location is always busy. I’ve had a 50/50 experience related to their customer service because everyone generally seems nice, but the vibe of this specific location is that no one really is happy to be at work. There was a guy who was visibly escalated and not mentally stable and no one assessed that situation. It was very scary and uncomfortable for me to sit there and wait while he was clearly unstable mentally because I already have really bad anxiety and that almost sent me into a panic attack. I love my therapist & dr but every time I try to get in touch with the front desk I wait for an hour or more to speak with someone. I have waited nearly an hour to see a doctor for a preset appointment. This facility's time management needs tremendous improvement.
I love it here I have history with them for 14 or 15 years since I was 10 year old now I’m 24 now I finally got caseworker I can’t wait to see her when I go back on may 23rd 🥰
