My experience has been great! Especially with my therapist Michel Allen! Relocating to Memphis has brought on adjustments and I’m able to get the support I need here.
Terrible experience, we were told to come in between 8 and 11 for first evaluation. We arrived at 10:55 and was turned around at the door by whom I'm assuming was a receptionist. Saying we didn't need a appointment but to come back on Monday without giving a good reason. We live almost 2 hours away and I missed work because again we were told anytime between 8 and 11. Terrible location. Environment did not seem clean or safe . Waste of time and money.
