Greetings to everyone reading this. My name is Eduardo and this review is way overdue. My connection to Alliance Health has been for at least four years. My Doctor is Garry Ng, M.D. This doctor is brilliant. My visits there have been top notch and my interactions with them over the phone is pure superb. I want to thank them for being part of my life and special thanks to Amanda. I recommend Alliance Health Chesterfield 100 percent.
Alliance Health in Chesterfield is hands down the best healthcare experience my family and I have ever had. Dr. Marston is truly incredible—she’s the only doctor we’ve had who genuinely makes us feel cared for and safe. Her compassion, attentiveness, and professionalism are unmatched, and we’re so grateful to be under her care. I can't recommend Dr. Katherine Marston and Alliance Health enough! The entire team is wonderful, always making me feel comfortable and well-cared for. Imo very poor healthcare was provided and they don't listen.
RUN AWAY. This office failed to add a sever obstructive sleep apnea diagnosis to my records, but sure charged for it. My insurance company had to reprocess their claims due to overcharging. The office threatened to call the police on me for requesting my medical records. They also refused to see me during a medical emergency unless I paid the inflated bills, and then refused to see me anyway. DO NOT recommend.
