My Roommate/best friend came here needing a refill for medications that are on her chart and has previously been prescribed. Was entirely and completely dismissed because her diagnosis was done in Alberta. And Her kid was racially stereotyped for being a native baby. As a former Healthcare practicioner I'm horrified & disgusted. I'm going to urge my friend to to look elsewhere and to make a complaint to the CPSS
One of the worst places to get an appointment through phone! They hardly answer phones and family doctors keep changing. I had two family doctors that were changed without a notice. Someone should do something about this place!
I had the best experience at Alliance/Sure Health today. I walked in as a walk in shortly after 9, and because I was an existing patient they were able to check to see if my doctor could squeeze me in and thankfully she could! The wait wasn't even that long to see her, I was maybe there an hour or so. What a great experience today as I'm now visiting a doctor for a second time in a month for a reoccurring infection. I overheard as of this morning that they are still taking new patients -if anyone needs a family doctor.
It's truly unbelievable that a place THIS DIRTY and RUN DOWN, with employees THIS LAZY AND THIS INCOMPETANT - can even exist. The ladies who work here are always smirking at each other about patients, and they revel in being as lazy as possible. You must specifically ask them to do their job, and then to spite you, they won't. The clinic itself is dump. The ceiling has tiles missing, stained, and broken, with wires hanging out.
