Totally unprofessional service! No confirmation email or text for 24 hours even though I called twice. The appointment was made for the Miami Beach location. Upon arrival at the reserved time the office is CLOSED! Yes, the appointment was made yesterday for MB and today they are closed. Cannot recommend.
Firstly the clinic was unclean and very unorganized. When I got there there were two people who had been waiting an hour past their appointment time. As I waited in line a girl came who had been expecting a call for when they were ready for her appointment had to demand to be seen because they were making her late for her flight. I paid $150 for 15 minute results which took 2.5 hours to get and I had issues with my results so it took hours and multiple calls to get a hold of a manager.
