El peor lugar para trabajar en el aeropuerto existe abuso al personal discriminan a los empleados los manager practican el sistema comunistas con los empleados buscando pretextos para despedirlos te gritan y hablan mal ,recursos humanos ocultan las quejas para proteger a empleados de sus conveniencias te tratan como si tu opinión no le interesa la mayoría de los jefes son cubanos adoctrinados por el comunismo de cuba y usan ese sistema para dirigir con amenazas y discriminación NO RECOMENDABLE
At Miami airport there is discrimination against employees, retaliation and favoritism. Supervisor Fabian likes people who snitch, incontrastable, employees who really have mechanical skills are prohibited overtime, while his informant Manuel Marrero who does not know about fixing anything gets open overtime besides stealing gas and other things protected by Fabian. People are leaving the company just because these 2 horrible nasty people.
If this platform had a zero, that would be the rating, run away as fast as you can, le’ts start with the unprofessional employees that they have running their HR Team Jia , Karen and staff are among probably the worst people i have encountered in the workplace, i don’t know how they got their degrees but definitely need to work on ethics, presentation, and dress code, thet have favortism among themselves and they don’t promote an open door policy nor are open to constructive criticism, they are all about gossip and bad polic... read more
Very unprofessional team - from customer service to top management. We used them for an air-freight shipment. We sent a truck to pick up product after they told us product was ready. The trucker showed up and the product was lost in their warehouse. It has been 3 weeks and our product is lost - now going through the claim process...painful.
