Called for service on garage door, service as lubrication etc. was OK, but was having some issues with exterior keypad not functioning properly and occasionally issues with remote was told the circuit board was at fault and to replace was approximately half what new opener would cost, went ahead with replacement and had problems with not having correct parts and that it would cost more. Job that should have taken maybe a hour ended up 2 and a half. Used company before but had been sold since then. Be careful.
I called them when my torsional spring broke. They came out the very next morning and got it fixed correctly. The previous owner of our house had only one of the springs replaced, not both, which is why it failed. They did a great job for a fair price. The garage door is so smooth and quiet now, I highly recommend using them for any garage door issues. A++
Chris was one of the first ones to contact me when I searched Yelp for garage door opener installation. He explained the wide range of products he had and, after speaking with two other companies, I decided to go with him. He came out in the evening, and before beginning the installation, he carried all my Xmas boxes up into the garage attic! I just had my garage door repaired and the opener upgraded by Alliance Garage Doors and Openers. Bryon was fast, but extremely thorough. Great to work with and clearly cares about his work. I'm very satisfied with their service, from Rachel, who sets the appointments, to Bryon who did the install. Great professional company, all around.
