We received a very fast response to our garage door problem. Brian arrived and confirmed the lift motor needed replacing. Brian, the technician, arrived on time the next morning and we are now back in business. Kudos to Brian and the office staff at Alliance Garage Door! All 5’s!!!

Our garage door opener failed the other weekend after 16 years of service. We had used Alliance in the past for a garage door repair. I contacted Alliance and another company through their online contact links since it was the weekend. Alliance got right in touch with me by phone after the weekend, determined what I needed for a garage door opener, quoted a price, and scheduled a service call for the repair.
