My teenage son was on the side of the road with his first car-breakdown. Taylor (from Alliance Fleet Solutions) was driving the opposite direction, threw in his caution lights and turned around when he saw a young driver on the side of the road with his car hood up. Taylor was calm and confident and took no time to diagnose the issue --- even before I'd arrived to pick him up and I was only minutes away!
