Very rude staff – This office has the rudest receptionist on earth and all this practice is about is collecting money. Crystal, the receptionist, is rude on the phone and in person. She has no sense of confidentiality as I have seen her be extremely snotty to patients about their bills in front of everyone in the waiting room. They also have a policy of having to wait 48 hours for a call-back from the nurse. You'll get a call-back within 48 hrs. only if you're lucky. No sense of urgency. worst customer service - just want to get as many patients in and out as possible to collect $$$ - – Very unprofessional when answering phones. Specifically, I called and made an appt. to see one of the doctors. At the appt., everything was fine. The doctor prescribed antibiiotics for a sinus infection. I have taken the medication as prescribed, twice a day. I am almost done with the medication and still have an incredibly sore throat and other symptoms that indicate the infection is NOT getting better. I call today and on t... read more
