Dr. Tia Lyn was fantastic for an eye exam. Would highly recommend her for all ages! Super personable, polite and kind with patients. Thank you for the great service!
Not a very good experience here, at South Costco in Saskatoon. Recently went back to my previous optometrist, and found out the optometrist at Alliance made errors with my prescription. Don't recommend.
I was on time for my appointment (early actually) at the clinic, where I completed forms and the receptionist put me in a room and said Dr. Mais would be in shortly. After 30 minutes, I opened the door and asked the receptionist when I would be seen. It was then that she told me that Dr. Mais left the clinic. I asked for a refund and left the clinic. What a waste of time for me and very unprofessional on their part.
Dr. Anna Matiko (Toderian) was on time, thurough and explains each step of the appointment as she proceeded. Her demeanour was pleasant and her questions were to the point. She didn’t implie anything but did not push unnessesary exams at extra expense on me. It kept the appointment moving along. This is what all appointments should be like.
Dr Anna Matiko was very efficient and to the point. She answered all my questions, and helped me to understand any future eye care issues that may arise.
