Alliance Exteriors did a sloppy job. I am not happy how they installed our windows. The window sills are very ugly. The overlaps of the window sills ( and around it) have different colors and not smooth, and the seal they put were rough and have cracked. I called them to fix the windows because they were crooked outside. They came, but it took time. Some of the screen windows won't stay up. It was terrible!! Do not use this company! Bad service, shoddy materials. Trying to get them to honor their 100% warranty and can't get them to answer the phone. They are the worst ever. Sales rep Angela Fuller is a liar. She won't call me back either. Think they might be out of business even. I repeat: do not use these rip-off artists.
Communication is a little lacking... Slow to get started, but went pretty fast when they got to work... Roof, gutters, Sofitel, and fascia look great... Signed contract in April and finished in July, Still haven't received any paperwork as of 8/29. I also understand construction has been busy lately... Update still have not received my customer packet with the warranty information as 9-2-23... Roof was completed July of 2022
