Flooded 2 units after leaving the roof exposed in the rain. As home owners in an HOA we can not figure out why this company has been hired again. Kickbacks are suspected. We too have witnessed their workers un protected in the work area without masks and white suits peeled off half way.

I was referred to this business as part of a larger project for a single family home. We needed to remove asbestos from the attic and ventilation. The whole process was problematic. They sent 2 workers who were not fluent in English, so I had to communicate with their supervisor over the phone. They miscommunicated their schedule, so their arrival conflicted with other work in the same area of the home. I had a pretty substantial job to do -- complete "gutting" of my entire home, down to the studs, for asbestos abatement. It was my first time doing this so I had no idea what to expect and I had tons of questions. Alliance got the scope of work wrong and argued with me over the agreed upon scope. Once our contractor clarified the situation, they completed the original planned scope of work. The people doing the work were rude and clearly did not enjoy their work. They whistled at me and shouted repeatedly to get my attention. Additionally, they scratched the floors when moving around their equipment, taking no care. My contractor offered a slight discount because of the scratch. I do not recommend them.
