Dr. Ben Webber has been my Endodontist in Clarksville by choice. His cheerful chairside manner and well-trained and attentive staff makes a visit almost pleasurable (given the circumstances). Dr. Ben has been highly accredited in his chosen specialty and it is reflected in his attention to detail, his thoroughness, and importantly the ability he has to make the most difficult of explanations crystal clear to his patients. I unquestionably would use him again in the event I need any more treatment.
Dr. Webber and his staff are very friendly. I just had my 3rd root canal today with Dr. Webber. Root canals can be scary, but Dr. Webber turns them fears away. One to two days after your root canal , Dr. Webber will personally text you to see how you are doing. I have never had a root canal doctor do this before. This shows that he really cares about his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Webber and his staff. Best experience ever!
Dr. Webber is by far the best dentist I've came across of my 31 years on this earth!! I mean the staff was nice and professional and I did not once feel insecure or judged on how bad my teeth was. Dr. Webber really took care of me and explained everything to me to the T, and not alone did he make sure I was okay he checked in on me a day after my root canal was done!! (Never had any dentist check up on me) Love this dental office!
I have to say this was an amazing experience by the way they called to check and see how I was doing .You don't get that kind of follow up anymore !!! Great people will always recommend !!!1
I am a nervous dental patient and can be difficult to sedate, but Rebecca at reception convinced me that the Alliance team was so good I would not need nitrous during my root canal. She was absolutely right! Two shots of anesthetic were all Dr. Webber gave me and I didn't feel a thing! (My regular dentist had referred me to him because he could not get me numbed for the procedure in his office.) This was such a good experience for me as far as a root canal can go. :-) I cannot say enough about Dr. Webber and his staff! Like the rest of the reviews, he was nice and made you feel at ease, told me what was going on during the whole procedure and I followed the pain medication instructions, only needed the first dose and that was it. I would recommend him 100%. He also followed up with me a couple days later to make sure how I was doing and that meant a lot.
Wife went here for root canal, they used nitrous to sedate her and it took over an hour. From such a long period, she became sick and threw up on the dr. A month later we were billed for a procedure we did NOT ask for and if he did ask while he was working on her, she was sedated with nitrous so she wasn't in the right state of mind to make an informed decision.
