I was referred to Dr.Brown by my dentist. I had an emergency root canal treatment done and they made me feel informed and safe the whole time. I didn’t feel a thing and my nerves were calm. Great experience, would recommend.
I was terrified of having this procedure done. The staff understood my fear and explained the procedure.when the freezing came out, I had no discomfort. These are professionals.
Awesome people here from start to finish! My regular dentist referred me to here for a root canal that was just starting to give me some issues. Came in for an assessment to a very clean waiting room, and a very friendly receptionist (Jody). Then escorted back for x-rays of my trouble area. I was referred to Dr. Brown's office by my dentist, and I quickly realized I was in excellent hands. Dr. Brown and the entire Alliance staff are professional, courteous, conscientious, and incredibly kind. Jody was able to schedule my appointments almost immediately, and thoroughly explained booking and billing processes. The day after the procedure, she followed up with me to ensure I was doing well.
