I have done business with Alliance Electric for over fifteen years on various small jobs. When Bob was there, issues were resolved in a timely and efficient manner. He was always considerate enough to communicate when plans had to change or when timing had to be adjusted. He was also very truthful in his estimates and costs. Since Ryan and his wife have taken over, the reliability and communication has taken a deep dive for the worse. Small jobs are currently not a priority and long term clients are not respected. Bob first came out to give me a quote since I had a number of items I wanted to get done and I needed to figure out what was in my budget. The quote was reasonable and Bob figured out better solutions to getting what I wanted done than the other electricians I had out. He also explained everything they were going to do and how they were going to do it. On the day of service, he and Ryan came out and finished all of the work on that day.
