On December 28th my alternator stopped working and I was up in Keller visiting my daughter. I called very upset about being broken down and they were very helpful. They got my car in and fixed the same day. The even shopped around to get me the best price.
STAY AWAY!!! THIS PLACE IS FULL OF CHEATERS AND THEIVES!!!! My check engine light came on and was idling rough. I checked the code with my code reader and it showed, cylinder 1 misfire. I took my car here for them to diagnose the problem. They couldn't figure it out after almost 2 day and FINALLY said it was the spark plugs. They "changed" all 4 spark plugs on my vehicle and charged me $281. That was on 9/1/2021. I urge everyone to stay away from this garage. I dropped my car off for them to inspect a leak in my cars brakes . Andrew called me to tell me that I have to change the master cylinder and the brake booster and that it will cost me $1500. I asked them to verify if there are any other issues with my car they said it was in tip top shape. The second day he called me and said the car was ready . I highly do not advise anyone to use this company. They are very rude and unprofessional. Nothing like getting talked to like a toddler.
When I was at discount tires in Roanoke they had five and a half white half advertisements for Alliance dyno & Auto Services call them up about a brake job they pointed two hundred and $80 but they kept finding things wrong they call today said I needed rear calipers said it would cost an additional 400 plus dollars making the total over $900 saying that the calipers were expensive hi call me dealer hand O'Reilly Auto Zone said I could get to calipers that I needed for $70 but Alliance Dino and auto service are charging me o... read more
I had my pinion seal & yoke replace last August and spent over $500. About 4 months later the entire rear started making a grinding noise from the differential. I took back to Alliance Dyno & Auto Services to let them look at it, they told me this was not cover under there warranty and they could fix for with a used part for around $2200. I did my research and found out they cause the damage, by not aligning the gears properly and torching the bolt down right. This is one and the only one mechanic shop that I trust. I've been going here for over 5 years and the owner, Scott actually acknowledges the customers and thanks them for doing business with him. Also, Jeff the office manager is one of the most ethical people I've encountered. I wish more mechanics operated with this attitude.
