I work for a door manufacturer (Alumatec). Joe is the man; I reached out to him because the local door companies in Buffalo weren't interested in bidding one of our door projects (Express Store in mall). Joe and crew installed this for us after hours and did a great job. Even though there was an error in manufacturing with the wrong coil side noted, he was able to remedy this in field even though it required a second long trip out there. Great, professional work!
