Although the doctors are acceptable the authorization for referrals and procedures is horrendous!! On more than one occasion I’ve had to follow up and follow up to make sure they get through the system. Recently information was sent to the wrong office so it was denied. Then it was back on track and the Alliance administrator misunderstood the notes and it was denied again. It is a nightmare anytime approvals are needed.
