I chipped my tooth in Vancouver and as soon as I landed I called to see if they had any availability. They got me in right away and fixed it!
Great Staff, we have had continued patronage with Dr Gaurav. He is my family dentist. Very professional and great with kids too. My daughter was very scared of her extraction but Dr.Gaurav was able to pacify her and go through the procedure very quickly and pain-free. .
Very unprofessional staff
I waited one hour even though I had an appointment. I wasn’t able to get an appointment at their other locations, so I finally got one after waiting three weeks, and they didn’t even inform us about the delay. Very unprofessional, and it can be extremely frustrating for patients. The receptionist should at least inform patients about delays. The waiting room was full, and there was no place left to sit.
