I had two root canal procedures completed by Dr. Nahmias and his team. The experience was excellent, all things considered. Everything was explained to me by the doctor and Susan was great throughout each procedure. All office staff were pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this team for anyone who has a root canal or any other dental procedure in their future. Thank you Alliance Dental!
I found the receptionist’s attitude unprofessional and rushed. I did not feel comfortable asking questions about my treatment or coverage. I hope the clinic can improve their communication and customer service.
