I have been a member for over twenty years. My Debit card expired in December, I have called multiple times and visited once. They keep saying 'it's in the mail'. AND REFUSE to check to make sure it was actually issued. They said I 'could get a TEMPORARY' if I can in on a week day. Well I happen to still be employed. And haven't been able to take the time off of work. More then two WEEKS into Jan. and still no card. THERE IS NO WAY the mail is three weeks delayed. Now autopayments are failing. Worst customer service. I have had to call a member service rep lawanda multiple times regarding refinancing a vehicle. I also called the manager Dave multiple times and nobody returned my calls. I was told everything was handled Friday by Dave. Today I find out that it is not done. I was lied to by both of the employees. I will never do any service with alliance again.

This bank sucks. They are always locking me out of my account, then the only way I can find out is to try and use the card and have it be declined!!!!!!! THIS BANK SUUUUUUCKS!!!!
Not happy wit the new interface for online banking. Advertisement at the top pushing down the data needed for online banking. Much worse, all entries are piled together as if there is no difference between deposits and withdrawals, making it more difficult to follow. Do your customer a favor and go back to the older display, that clearly separates deposits and withdrawals. PLEASE!!!
Great place to bank. Customer Service is outstanding.
