We LOVE Alliance in Channahon. We’ve been blessed with a great therapist here. Our first wasn’t a fit for us. I just called to speak with someone in the office. Explained our needs and wants then was suggested to try who we are with now. I am so thankful for her! The office staff has always been kind and very polite at this location too. I had to leave a review after seeing a few poor ones.
I saw Keith for EMDR he was amazing to work with. As well as all the office staff.
I'm more lost now than ever. My last 2 sessions, my counselor almost dozed off. He had to cancel my last appointment.and I waited a week for him to contact me about rescheduling, as I wasn't sure when he would be back in the office. Never heard from him ...I called and voiced to the receptionist how triggering and upsetting it was to me that he made no attempt to reach out to me to reschedule or even check on my well being.
