After reviewing the materials in the manual, I initially believed I could manage multiple jobs simultaneously. However, the reality differed from my expectations. The company expected me to prioritize the position and dedicate all my attention to it, contrary to what was outlined in the manual. If I could give it zero stars I would. This is a horrible place to work. The owner practically demanded everyone to work during Hurricane Ian to the point where he picked employees up and dropped them off at the office while he went home. Then demanded everyone work the days following not at all taking into consideration the impact the Hurricane may have had on employees. Besides that the nepotism here is real.
