Tommy, Nick and Luan did a Fantastic job with my aircon installation.
I had originally left 5 stars following install. Now comes to customer service after having an issue with the control panel. 3 emails sent without a response and 5 calls from me with promises that someone would call me back. Luckily I have sorted a workaround and I can still have heating in the middle of winter. I’m still waiting for the repairs after 3 weeks
They were very polite and efficient and I love the heater.
