Alliance was great to work with. We had an old glass block window leaking which created a moldy situation in our master bathroom. We got the glass block removed then Alliance came and measured, ordered our custom window, and provided expert installation. Highly recommend Tony, the owner & this company.
Stay far away from this company!!!! They will come out to do work on your property, damage your property, then refuse to fix the issue. Horrible customer service, and extremely rude to customers. Tech came out to replace a sliding glass panel under warranty, and ruined my screen door. They insisted on payment and refused to fix what the tech admitted was his own fault. The manager Barry is rude and condescending, says their work is a “ favor “ to customers.
We used Alliance to replace the windows in our home. The entire process went smoother than anything we’ve had done at our home. The windows arrived timely and the installers were top notch. We’re very happy with the entire experience!
