Poorest of customer service from the owner. My daughter had a scheduled appointment. The owner, Cora showed up an hour fifteen minutes after the scheduled appointment time and proceeded to work on someone else's hair. When I called to determine a pickup time, no work had been done on my daughter's hair. I was told by Cora that she would start work on her hair in 20 minutes.
