I have been waiting for them to send my money to Edward Jones for over 6 months! They told me they “didn’t have any funds” when I asked them to send another check by mail with a tracking number. Every time I call I get transferred at least 3 times. Management is always in “meetings”. Do not use this company if you ever want to move your money to a different account. They are terrible! They lie about cutting checks and refuse to send a check by anything besides USPS regular mail. BEWARE
