That’s the 5th year I order my daughter birthday cakes from there, never had a problem, until today . Uploaded image to the website as I usually do , paid for the cake ( over $200 ) and came to pick it up to find out that it was decorated differently, VERY disappointed. Talked to the manager to find out that they cannot fix it and he will not do any discounts for a cake I don’t want. I understand mistakes happens but really not happy with your customer service

The Division location had an employee yell at my mother today because the employee was 'frustrated' with customers. My mom was asking her why is she yelling at her and asked her to calm down, you can see it over the cameras if you have those. Accident occurred June 20th around 1pm with a young blonde lady working at the Division location. Absolutely appalling considering we have been customers for 10 years and my mom even told her that. Why drive away a loyal customer? Disappointed.

In this time, where things are so uncertain Alliance was so kind and patient with me. My baby shower was scheduled for Sunday, due to COVID it had to be cancelled. Alliance was so kind to give me a partial refund and hold my order until all of this craziness dies down. I am so eternally grateful for this gesture and will always make this my primary bakery for all my family functions!
This is the second time I’ve used Alliance for events I hosted. They made the most wonderful two-tiered cake for my Mom’s 60th Birthday. The cake, matching cookies, and cake-pops were a hit. Many people at the event commented on the cake...”best cake I’ve EVER had.” Thank you Alliance!
