This is the only place I will take my vehicles. They know what they are talking about and they get the job done right. I was born and raised in this neighborhood. Very proud they are apart of it. The world needs more honest locally owned business like Alliance Auto.
Greg had an appointment that unfortunately got delayed because of unforeseen circumstances with other vehicles that day and Nathan, you never even had a car in here. Its terrible that in this day and age a business can get poor comments simply because of a delay in a few hours. My advice to both of you is to find a big corporate chain auto repair shop that employs many, many techs who can get you in right away. Try the dealership next time. After scheduling an appointment 24 hours in advance, my car sat in their parking lot for 8 hours without ever being pulled into the shop. I will never again use this auto repair shop. Save yourself the time and frustration and go somewhere else.
This auto repair shop is one of the most unreliable places that you could take your car to. Appointment times mean nothing to this business and neither does customer satisfaction. Do not trust them to take care of your car....
