My wife and I joined Alliance and the experience has been great! Great facility. Regie is our trainer and she has been terrific putting together the right routine for us. We are both 70 and this is our first time weight training. We both feel very comfortable with the gym atmosphere, access, and ownership. Visited a few months ago via a friend with a membership and finally got a membership myself a few weeks ago. Coming from chain gyms the experience is night and day. Scott gave me very detailed and helpful feedback about my form and has been abundantly communicative when I had needs. Every time I've been in there has been more than enough space for everyone to work out; there's an abundance of equipment, and as a queer person I have never felt even a little uncomfortable in the space. It feels great to be able to go to a weight lifting gym without the elitist, gym-bro vibes. I always feel safe and secure when working out here too. Would recommend!!

I joined five months ago after a four-year lifting hiatus. I’ve never been in a gym that focused on actual weightlifting before, and this is hands down my favorite. I feel safe and comfortable here, and it’s not as busy as other gyms, which is a huge plus. I attend group training sessions once a week. Our trainer is awesome and helps me maintain proper form and offers alternatives when an exercise is uncomfortable. Such a well equipped gym with secure access 24/7! Everyone is so friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend this place
