Very disappointed. I WOULD have been a customer however when I called I was instantly put on hold. Only to then have the customer service representative first words after I asked if they worked on a specific brand to be “we are booking 2 weeks out.” This came off unprofessional. I didn’t have the opportunity to inquire on what my problem was or even how much they charge. I instantly decided to take my business elsewhere. Such a shame after hearing great things prior to this encounter.
