For everyone that was disappointed with the 2020 spring season being cancelled and not receiving a refund. Recreational players were offered 3 choices: refund, credit or donation. And all refunds, credits and donations were finally taken care of months later. For the select teams (that paid $495 for registration and required to purchase uniforms and equipment) were offered a $60 credit if they returned. We are currently working on the competitive Copa credits as we have hundreds of accounts that we are working through. Your player was on a competitive team. While we understand your disappointment in the refund policy, it is our policy. Your daughter's team had services from May 2019 thru mid-March 2020. Your daughter's team did play all 10 games in the fall and did not play 6 games for spring, 3 would have been home games.
