Outrageous billing practices — over $450 an hour for therapy sessions. Even after insurance adjustments, the rates are shockingly high compared to industry standards. I honestly don’t understand how a place charging these kinds of rates has a 4.8 rating. It feels exploitative and unethical to put this kind of financial pressure on families seeking mental health support. Completely unacceptable.
Impossible to get care.
They used to be good and very helpful, but in the past 2 months I've had 4 reschedules for some reason. After my last therapist retired it's been downhill ever since It's so frustrating dealing with CPTSD when they don't want to help and always make me reschedule appointments. I hope this next appointment will go as planned without another reschedule.
