Their technicians are professional and friendly but their office staff is a mess. I have called multiple times to set up a schedule for our monthly service and they have only adhered to it twice out of the multiple years we have used their service. The technician that completes our monthly service is unable to do so because the office is always scheduling him for a time we are not home, on days that are not part of the schedule. We rarely write reviews for companies, but in this case, we feel compelled to do so. Working with Allguard Termite and Pest is a breath of fresh air! Allguard is a family business with a personal approach not seen very often today. Last year Allguard tented our beach house in Oxnard.
