After scheduling a cleaning, they found that the return vent was clogged with dust and pet hair, and they cleaned my furnace, blower, and even a small patch of mold with a professional mold treatment. I noticed a burning smell whenever we turned on the heat. Lisa checked and found dust buildup on the coils, along with lint inside one of the return vents. She cleaned the coils, blower, ducts, and sanitized the furnace. She explained that the smell was caused by dust burning on the hot coils. After her cleaning, the smell disappeared, and the furnace worked more quietly. Lisa was very careful and answered all our questions, making the process easy to understand.

The air duct cleaning I had was like a new verse for my house. Technician Lennox was wonderful, pointing out the debris in the vents. He handled mold treatment after we mentioned a musty odor in the mudroom. While cleaning the dryer vent, he discovered a crumpled-up sketch from my child's art class, which was a pleasant surprise. My system ran like a dream after having the coils and blower cleaned. The air is fresh, and I'm happy.
