DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! My car was stolen from here in July 2016 after I had it towed here for repairs because of their great reviews. When I asked the owner when he could verify last seeing my car he 'couldn't say because they had so many cars' at the time. Police later found out It had been missing for at least two days prior to me trying to pick it up and the owners didn't even know it was missing until I had paid for repairs and tried to pick up my vehicle (even though they were supposed to be working on the vehicle in that time). Not sure how a car in your care goes missing without you noticing for over 48 hours if you 'secure all vehicles and keys nightly'. This resulted in several attempts to steal my identity in the two days it was missing. Insurance is still investigating this case. They seemed like nice guys but DO NOT trust these people with your car. Police reports from Denton PD, audio recordings, and reports from Mesquite PD stating that a freelance mechanic/meth head was trying to sell my car to a cash-for-cars company in October 2016 because a 'customer had dropped the car off for repairs and not picked it up' verify all this to be true. DO NOT TRUST YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP. At the very least, they did not secure my vehicle and/or keys as it was later determined my vehicle was stolen with a key or a copy of the key. This isn't a made up story from a vindictive customer. It can all be verified through official reports and recordings. Definitely has been one of the most traumatic dramas of my life for the last nine months. If you need a professional, honest mechanic and prefer to keep it local, try Advanced Auto Repair.
