We just moved into this house about a year ago. Everything has been smooth sailing until Wednesday 9/24/25 when the ac went out. I called about 10 am and explained what we heard and what was going on. They had a guy out that night. I work 8-5, so the later time worked for me. We didn't know about warranties or what not on the ac. They found out that it is still covered under manufacturer warranty and took care of it. They were able to get the part Thursday morning and have us up and cooling again by noon. Service was amazing... read more

Called AllGood Air Condition one night when my home wasn’t cooling. A tech arrived by 8 AM, found a coil leak, and had it replaced under warranty within 24 hours. Just paid a small labor fee. Fast, professional, and exactly what you need in the Texas heat. AllGood really is all good!

Thermostat they installed does not work properly. Company was unwilling or unable to properly schedule it or show me how. Paid $99.

They were punctual and fast. Finished installing a new unit and put in a new duct system (and vents) in one day. Works great now. Some days that aren't too hot, 76 will have us a little chilly.
