Terrible experience. They charged us for a full system replacement when in fact only part of the system was replaced, and the issue was never resolved. Despite this, they demanded full payment. We eventually had to call another company, who quickly fixed the problem and confirmed the system had not been fully replaced. We ended up paying just to avoid further hassle, but the whole experience left us feeling deceived. Dishonest and unethical practices – avoid this company at all costs.

Allgate's technician TOM was super efficient and knowledgeable in his call outs. His affible character and dry wit were a refreshing change from numbers of dour tradespeople I have dealt with over the years. Outstanding young tradesman and a real asset for this company.5 stars

Installed a gate which broke constantly not long after and eventually the company stopped coming out to it. Turns out the type of gate, motor and hinges were completely unsuitable for the site. Terrible structural integrity

The man who came out to service our garage door, Samir was extremely confident, friendly and knowledgeable in his job. He explained the details before starting the service and asked if there were any other issues concerning that he could assist me with. Cheers mate.

They never turn up, and keep cancelling. Garage door hasnt had security for a month. Avoid
