APM is a great management company. It has been a pleasure working with APM and having them manage my properties.
Alex, Nina and the rest of the team were easy to work with and responsive.
Our AC has been broken 6 times in the course of 1 month. We have someone in our home weekly and we cannot get reimbursement for rent or our BGE bill. The temperatures have exceeded 83 degrees and we do not get responses from management or vendors in response to this issue. We will not be renewing. Terrible decision to move here.
