Warning about the summer heat for the 6th floor units with two story ceiling. There is no central air in the apartment complex and in the unit I'm occupying there is only one set of ports for an air conditioner. The problem is the unit is 811 sqft with I’d guess 26 foot ceilings, if you calculate the BTUs required to cool such a space it is around 34k. The strongest portable ac unit I could find is only 14k and it is connected to my living room circut. If I run my computer or much else it will trip the circuit completely. I’... read more

CAUTION! We terminated our lease early due to excessive noise from our upstairs neighbors. We paid the entire lease break fee and believed we were all good to move on at the end of June. July comes and we get charged for rent due to not cancelling our "auto pay". We respected that it was our mistake and were under the impression that the management would refund our rent. Great complex. Right next to walking and biking trails, 2 QFC’s, a Trader Joe’s and anything else you might need. Management is super responsive. The grounds are well kept. Edit: Move down to 2 stars. If you enjoy peace and quiet don’t move here. The walls are paper thin and the construction of the building is terrible. You can hear every noise from your upstairs neighbor. If you work night shift the noises will keep you up unless you have really good earplugs, so just keep that in mind.
