Sent several inquiries to the email provided on their website but got either AI response or no response at all, never a human reply. Also made an appointment for guided tour several days ahead and got a confirmation email. Arrived 5 minutes ahead but the leasing office was already closed while it was still working hours. Called them and the management answered but she also had no idea about where the leasing staff was.
Want to give props to the maintenance staff Ken and Justin for the speedy fixes. They often come next day and leave a summary of the work done and provide a great fix.
I've been living at Allez for 6 months now with my partner and pet. It's been lovely. The ammenities are super useful and communication with the staff is easygoing and efficient. Special shout out to Ken and Justin for always coming and fixing whatever we need!
