My happiest day at Allez was the day we left. This apartment was a non-stop horror story. LOTS OF MOLD in the apartment day 1 of us moving in. It was so bad that we could not sleep in the apartment because we could not breathe the air. It was not addressed by management for 2 WEEKS. They assured us that it would be handled and cleaned, but the attempt to clean it was an Allez employee with a steamer and he failed to clean the mold. Cheyenne, Larry, Justin, and the team have been wonderful and kind. From finding carts for me to move items after I hurt my knee to warm greetings and answering my questions, you can really tell that they care about their residents. This was one of the main reasons I renewed my lease. My parking spot worked out nicely because I went to check out the available spots in person. Warning about the summer heat for the 6th floor units with two story ceiling. There is no central air in the apartment complex and in the unit I'm occupying there is only one set of ports for an air conditioner. The problem is the unit is 811 sqft with I’d guess 26 foot ceilings, if you calculate the BTUs required to cool such a space it is around 34k. The strongest portable ac unit I could find is only 14k and it is connected to my living room circut. If I run my computer or much else it will trip the circuit completely. I’... read more
Incredibly dirty apartment interior & exterior. All over is cigarettes, broken glass, trash. Upstairs neighbors will be loud wherever you go, but the sound isolation in the building is ridiculous. My wife & I wear sleep earplugs & still always waking up in the middle of the night to neighbors screaming & fighting at each other. We moved across the street because we love the location very much, but Allez is expensive, disgusting & dangerous.
