Called for a quote and was told he would get back to me within 24hrs. 3-4 days later and no update. Wasted a few days of the riding season waiting. Not a pleasant experience

I called Alleycat Motorcycle service through the phone a couple of times, for my major service which is a valve adjustment for my motorcycle and he said he'll get a quote for my bike basically on all the estimated cost related to the work, that will or was going to be done for my bike but turns out he has not gotten back to me twice. So I would not recommend this place, if your a newbie like me. I think he would accommodate the regulars.

Such a great guy… my friend needed some help with his bike that kept stalling and he was able to give us advice and offered solutions we could try at home before brining it in to him. We were able to figure it out at home and he was able to give us some hardware so we didn’t need to bring it in. I will definitely be back for any mechanical issues.

David was phenomenal! He serviced my first bike with incredible care, diagnosed minor issues, and taught me key maintenance tips. His professionalism and honesty gave me total peace of mind. Can’t thank him enough!
