I have been doing a long-term remodel with numerous brick projects, therefore I have been working with Alley-Cassetty in Columbia for over two years. I’m just a customer, not a contractor…so there’s a lot that I don’t know and I have lots of questions. Every step of the way, from sales to customer service, they have been great to work with. Amazing experience with Alley-Cassetty!!! Every employee there was so kind and so willing to make sure we got what we needed in a very timely manner. Would definitely recommend to anyone in search of brick or block!!
Sales person worked with scheduling because of crazy winter weather. Communication was really good. Great about helping to try to match old brick. When the driver came to deliver he got mud on the asphalt in the subdivision from his forklift, then got off the machine and swept it up off the road. I was impressed with all aspects dealing with these folks.
