Brick was delivered promptly. However, the representative who advised that he personally visited our home for measurements and accurate supplies needed, ordered and had delivered 2,000 too many brick and 17 unneeded bags of mortar. We paid in full prior to delivery. Upon our request to return the unneeded, unnecessary brick and mortar, this company advised that we would be REQUIRED to pay a 30% restocking fee! What?! Great company Great Service, the company has everything you need for the exterior of a building. They have lots of experience and can help you stay in any given budget which is important .
A couple of the office staff are pretty cool, but every business has to have that one jerk (to phrase it nicely). A couple of the delivery drivers are unprofessional louts.
They are very helpful and knowledgeable about all of your needs !!
