I can’t say enough good things about the care and compassion we received from Alleviation Healthcare Services. From the very first visit, every nurse and therapist treated my loved one with dignity, kindness, and professionalism. If im taking the time to write a review believe me I am doing it so patients and families dont have to go through what i experienced. Im hoping you do not take my comment/ experienced for granted. My mom has being sick for 2 and a half years, I was with alleviation for two months, the first month i never got wound supplies as a result, i needed to buy it from my pocket causing me a debt which up to date i havent paid off. This place lacks integrity, Communication and compassion for the customers, they lie and their service is like an Uber service at the expense of loved ones. Run don’t walk and make make sure they’re not billing your insurance company for services not rendered.
These guys don’t care whatsoever about your needs nor your health . The administration is horrible they lie through their teeth all day long to delay everything as they don’t know how to run a business!! Carl is a liar and so is the rest of the administration staff!! They keep blaming insurance and nurse delays for not reporting information or waiting on insurance coverage when all is already taken care. STAY FAR AWAY FRIM THEM.
