I had been with this cleaning company for just over a year, initially receiving good service from the same cleaner. While the cleanings started off satisfactory, they became increasingly insufficient over the past few months. After each visit, I noticed that I still had to sweep dirt from my floors, my bathroom tiles in my shower were often left untouched, and there were cleaning errors in my bathroom. I initially had some issues with Alleviate, but their customer service saved the day. We’ve done a deep clean and last minute quick clean and we’re very happy with the results.

Brian has some superiority complex , it makes no sense why he would refuse me to elevate my concern to the manager on duty ? Asking me for my email and for my information ? Going extremely too far making me extremely uncomfortable.
