Vidhu has been such a comfort for me. She validates my concerns and has excellent suggestions to address them. She helps me stay on top of my prescribed medications. She also told me that I can contact her if needed between my appointments. I haven't had to do so but knowing that I can if I need to makes me feel less alone with my problems. She is a kind and compassionate person and excellent provider.I highly recommend her.
I have been seeing Vidhu for about three months. She is caring, compassionate, shows positivity, and is in touch with what my needs are. I have been under the care of Vhidu for over two years. She is caring, compassionate, pays attention to what you are going through and goes the extra mile. If you need her after hours, she is there for you. She dedicate time to listen and counsel . In the past I have seen psiquiatrist to dedicate 5-10 min. per patient and just talk about medication. Vidhu trully cares and wants to learn about you and what you are going through, she is invested on you. I love her and will follow wherever she goes.

Dr. Mendon is phenomenal! She has helped me tremendously identify my triggers and alleviate my anxiety and PTSD and found out that I’ve always had ADD but through myself into work or projects to help deal with it but she has helped me through it and is just a wonderful mental health nurse practitioner!!
