Sadly I feel this company is unorganized and over charges for certain areas that should be included or complimentary . A introductory meeting that only lasted 20 minutes should not cost $400. I heard good reviews but got the impression that since I was new at the process of building on a commercial property, that they could take advantage of the situation.
